ADULT SKATING (Age 16+)

This is an ADULT (16+) skating program with a focus on Balance, Agility and Control at every level.

Learn to skate as a beginner or improve your skating skills in an adult environment with a professional skating coach! This program addresses many levels and works to increase your skills based on your starting point.

A professional coach will lead you through a 50 minute session that includes a warm up, lesson time and practice time. The focus is on skill development and achievement.

A CSA approved skating or hockey helmet is mandatory until assessed by the coach or proof of Skate Canada achievement is shown. Other helmets, such as biking helmets, are not permitted.

* Skate Canada/Admin Fee includes a small administration fee and the compulsory Skate Canada fee for skaters registering in Skate Canada sanctioned clubs.
